Find the right help article quickly

Search by the task or visible error rather than a broad term such as ERP. The knowledge base searches public article titles and bodies.

Before you start

Start with the name of the screen you are on and the action you want to complete. No sign-in is needed to read public guides.

Follow these steps

  1. Open Knowledge Base.
  2. Search a short phrase such as unbilled, expiry or duplicate.
  3. Open the matching category or article.
  4. Read prerequisites and troubleshooting before retrying the task.
  5. Use the related guide or support link if your question remains unresolved.

Check the result

You reach a guide explaining the steps, expected result and limitations. The article contents list lets you jump to a specific question.

If you get stuck

Try a shorter phrase if there are no matches. Search uses text matching, so a different wording may find the relevant article. Clear the query to browse all categories again.

One thing to remember

Public guides cannot inspect your private workspace. A support ticket should include the exact record reference and problem when general instructions are not enough.

Keep going

Still need a hand?

Tell us what you tried, what you expected and what happened. Keep passwords, API keys and private customer information out of your message.

Open a support ticket. Visitors without a workspace can contact us.

Still stuck?

Before contacting support:

  1. Confirm the workspace, record number, date range and status.
  2. Check your role permissions and the source document.
  3. Refresh once and search for the record before repeating a submission.
  4. Check the relevant guide for the next action; do not force a match, posting or approval.

If you still need help, include the page address, exact message, time, expected result and checks already completed. Never send passwords, API keys, payment-card details or provider secrets.
