Before you start
Open Clients in the correct workspace. You need permission to view the relevant client and invoice information.
Follow these steps
- Search by name, email, phone or tax reference when you know the client.
- Use the client status filter to narrow active, inactive or blacklisted records.
- Use the attention filter for unpaid invoices, overdue invoices or no invoices.
- Choose 10, 20, 50 or 100 entries and move through the matching pages.
- Open the client or invoice to review the actual balance before contacting them.
Check the result
The list shows matching records and payment-attention indicators based on recorded invoices. An active client can still have an overdue invoice.
If you get stuck
Clear filters if expected clients disappear. Check due dates, invoice states and recorded payments before concluding that a filter is incorrect.
One thing to remember
An outstanding flag is not proof a reminder was sent or that the customer has refused payment. Delivery and conversation history need separate review.
Keep going

Still stuck?
Before contacting support:
- Confirm the workspace, record number, date range and status.
- Check your role permissions and the source document.
- Refresh once and search for the record before repeating a submission.
- Check the relevant guide for the next action; do not force a match, posting or approval.
If you still need help, include the page address, exact message, time, expected result and checks already completed. Never send passwords, API keys, payment-card details or provider secrets.
