Ask AI for a useful business draft

Give the assistant a defined task, relevant facts and the output format. For a payment reminder, the goal is clear wording for your review, not an invented promise or an automatic message.

Before you start

You need assistant access and a working provider key. Decide what information you are permitted to send to the provider.

Follow these steps

  1. State the task: Draft the text of a polite payment reminder; do not send it or change records.
  2. Supply only the facts needed, such as a reference, due date and verified balance.
  3. Specify tone, length and any wording to avoid.
  4. Read the entire response and compare every name, date and amount with the source.
  5. Edit the draft and send it yourself through your approved channel.

Check the result

You should receive text you can review. Check that the response contains the complete text you requested before using it.

If you get stuck

Ask for the full text if the response does not include the requested detail. If the provider fails, preserve your source facts and use the normal manual workflow rather than repeatedly submitting a financial request.

One thing to remember

AI can make mistakes and provider usage may cost money. Never use a generated claim, calculation or customer commitment without checking it.

Keep going

Still need a hand?

Tell us what you tried, what you expected and what happened. Keep passwords, API keys and private customer information out of your message.

Open a support ticket. Visitors without a workspace can contact us.

Still stuck?

Before contacting support:

  1. Confirm the workspace, record number, date range and status.
  2. Check your role permissions and the source document.
  3. Refresh once and search for the record before repeating a submission.
  4. Check the relevant guide for the next action; do not force a match, posting or approval.

If you still need help, include the page address, exact message, time, expected result and checks already completed. Never send passwords, API keys, payment-card details or provider secrets.
