Business guides

Start with the work you do every day.

Choose a business starting point by the tasks you need, then check the details that matter to your trade. An industry label alone is not a promise of specialist software.

Put it into a real working day

Write down your three most frequent tasks. Find the relevant guide for each, then check which modules and permissions are available. A specialist requirement should become a question before you buy.

Industry presentation

Start with a view that fits your work.

  1. Same workspace records
  2. Supported industry configuration
  3. Relevant available modules
  4. Industry presentation

List the work before listing features

A creator might need a client record, a clear service quotation and a way to track the resulting invoice. A consultant may also need billable time. A shop needs item and receiving information. Start with three tasks and the expected result of each, rather than trying to evaluate every module at once.

Use the industry page as a map

TerminalERP’s directory includes solo professionals, creators, agencies, retailers, traders and more complex businesses. The industry context can affect menus, terminology and dashboard presentation. It does not mean every specialist feature is complete or that every module is included in the entry plan.

Walk through one connected task

Use the relevant help articles to understand prerequisites and the effect of saving. A quote-to-invoice flow should be checked from the source quote through the saved invoice. A time-billing flow should distinguish billable, covered and already invoiced entries. The handover is often where practical questions become visible.

Verify customization instead of assuming it

No-Code Studio offers text, number and date definitions for listed targets. Check field display and saving in the specific workflow you plan to use. If a client reference field is essential, verify display and saving in that exact workflow. A field label on a settings page is not enough evidence.

Make regional and team requirements explicit

Check your country choice, currency, tax setup, module availability and seat limits. Signup currently has a fixed country list. A role-limited user may see less than the owner. These are concrete evaluation questions, not reasons to assume the platform fits every possible business automatically.

A practical checklist for your next working week

Write three recurring tasks. Match them to the closest industry guide. Read the corresponding step-by-step help. Confirm essential regional, field and access requirements.
