Review your workspace industry configuration

Industry configuration changes the way the workspace presents relevant menus, terminology and dashboards. It does not turn one company into another or remove subscription limits.

Before you start

Use an account allowed to manage Workspace Settings. Write down the current industry and the screens your team relies on before considering a change.

Follow these steps

  1. Open Workspace Settings and review the current industry selector.
  2. Compare the available option with how your business actually works.
  3. If your required industry is absent or the effect on existing work is unclear, contact support before changing it.
  4. When the choice is understood, save the workspace configuration.
  5. Review navigation and key workflows with the team afterwards.

Check the result

Available menus and dashboard context may change for the selected industry. Existing data is not a fresh blank workspace.

If you get stuck

A missing option cannot be enabled by inventing a URL. A missing module after a change can also be caused by the plan or the user role. Ask support to review the intended setup.

One thing to remember

Use the industry options offered in Workspace Settings. Contact the team if you need a different industry configuration.

Industry presentation

Start with a view that fits your work.

  1. Same workspace records
  2. Supported industry configuration
  3. Relevant available modules
  4. Industry presentation

Tell us what you tried, what you expected and what happened. Keep passwords, API keys and private customer information out of your message.

Open a support ticket. Visitors without a workspace can contact us.

Still stuck?

Before contacting support:

  1. Confirm the workspace, record number, date range and status.
  2. Check your role permissions and the source document.
  3. Refresh once and search for the record before repeating a submission.
  4. Check the relevant guide for the next action; do not force a match, posting or approval.

If you still need help, include the page address, exact message, time, expected result and checks already completed. Never send passwords, API keys, payment-card details or provider secrets.
