Before you start
Have your business name, supported country choice, working currency and responsible owner ready. Decide which real workflow you want to evaluate first.
Follow these steps
- Review Workspace Settings and verify company and regional details.
- Check which modules your plan and role expose.
- Create or review a client, then a relevant product or service.
- Follow the matching quotation or invoice guide and verify the result.
- Invite additional users only after deciding what each person should access.
Check the result
You should understand one end-to-end workflow and where its records appear. For a shop, start with products and stock before invoicing; for a consultant, start with clients and billable services.
If you get stuck
If a required screen is missing, check access and plan availability. If your country is not offered, contact the team rather than selecting an inaccurate country to proceed.
One thing to remember
Do not treat a successful signup as proof of local tax compliance, import compatibility or a paid plan activation. Verify the setup before moving daily operations into it.

Still stuck?
Before contacting support:
- Confirm the workspace, record number, date range and status.
- Check your role permissions and the source document.
- Refresh once and search for the record before repeating a submission.
- Check the relevant guide for the next action; do not force a match, posting or approval.
If you still need help, include the page address, exact message, time, expected result and checks already completed. Never send passwords, API keys, payment-card details or provider secrets.
