Before you start
The current audit page is available to workspace owners and authorized platform administrators. Have the approximate event time and record reference ready.
Follow these steps
- Open Security & Audit Trail.
- Set From and To dates around the event.
- Search a phrase, then add an action, actor or target type when known.
- Add the record ID or IP only if you know the exact value.
- Choose 10, 20, 50 or 100 entries and inspect the matching changes.
Check the result
The page shows matching recorded events with actor, target and available old/new values. System events may have no named user.
If you get stuck
Clear narrow filters if nothing matches. The date range follows recorded timestamps; compare the displayed timezone with your notes. The actor search can use name or email, with system for events without a user.
One thing to remember
The audit log only describes events the application records. An integrity check is not an external security certification or proof that every possible action was logged.

Still stuck?
Before contacting support:
- Confirm the workspace, record number, date range and status.
- Check your role permissions and the source document.
- Refresh once and search for the record before repeating a submission.
- Check the relevant guide for the next action; do not force a match, posting or approval.
If you still need help, include the page address, exact message, time, expected result and checks already completed. Never send passwords, API keys, payment-card details or provider secrets.
