Compare a plan with your actual workload

Choose around your current team and recurring work, not the largest feature list. Record the modules and capacity you need before comparing plans.

Before you start

Estimate your users, monthly invoices and quotations, storage and any specialist modules. Distinguish essential workflows from additional processes you may want to connect.

Follow these steps

  1. Open Pricing and review the currently displayed plan limits.
  2. Match the modules you need with the plan information.
  3. Check seats and usage limits against a realistic month.
  4. Ask the team about any unclear module, add-on or regional requirement.
  5. After signup, inspect the actual assigned workspace plan before using paid-plan assumptions.

Check the result

You have a practical comparison based on the published offer and your workload. Prices can change; this article intentionally does not repeat a fixed price.

If you get stuck

Waitlist registration does not create an ERP workspace. Contact the team to arrange the plan and module configuration you intend to use.

One thing to remember

Do not assume unlimited use, a free trial period or a selected paid plan unless the current offer and workspace confirm it. Provider API charges and payment processing can be separate.

Still stuck?

Before contacting support:

  1. Confirm the workspace, record number, date range and status.
  2. Check your role permissions and the source document.
  3. Refresh once and search for the record before repeating a submission.
  4. Check the relevant guide for the next action; do not force a match, posting or approval.

If you still need help, include the page address, exact message, time, expected result and checks already completed. Never send passwords, API keys, payment-card details or provider secrets.
